I had attend several Interviews . I had attend some of the Branded Companies . I have a great Experience in Interview . If we feel it a Play then it will be a great Experience . Otherwise we can feel bore and Frustrated . Mostly I had seen in Interview they will give you psychologial Stress . So you can be in wrong direction . So it can be easy way out to get minimum candidate to select from. Often they ask First how to say your (1)Name ,(2) Then tell about yourself ? We often start to speak too much about us and forget to give Important Introduction about us . It means our Vital achievment , Our extra skills like more Languages I can speak, IT knowledge , Sports that you are interested and other important Skills , like writing , reading and telephone skills. Then they will ask why you had selected this Companies for Employment . Better to watch the Website of that Company and take a Vital point One is Enough . Why you wish to join. Specially the activity of the company to Focus . Is important . Then they will ask you about some of your Expertise area . You must try to say smartly about your Specialisation area in brief . Just like for sales , I am in retail sales for 5 Years or your own time span . This is a domestic / interantional sales . I have to look after OEM Products or any other Products . Remember this is just a Example . Remember to use your Common sense to Pick the Points from the Question they ask. Then they will ask the Salary Expectation . Always make a survey that what is the best Salary Level going on that Place or in that Position . Then make it small Less and Express that. Then they will ask when you can start working . Always try to say ASAP if you are Eager to work in that Position . Otherwise say 2 Months Maximum . Then they can ask What do you mean by Working in Team . In your answer tell it is Great to work in a Team as we can support Each Other to go ahead . Then they can ask what kind of working Culture you Expect . Always say that where there is a Proper Understanding , Consideration along with respect between , low, Mid and Senior Level Staff.Never say that I wish work in one Chamber . I wish my seperate cabin .Then they can ask how longtime you wish to work here . I wish for Longer Term . Then they can ask what 3 things you Consider for a Good Establishment to join . You will say First Company Infrustructure ,Then Personal Growth and then Financial Security . I think these Questions are most asked . So I Had tired my best to express what I had answered in my Interview and got success. Wish this can help you also . Remember not to be too much Over confident or Over Smart before Interviewer . That can cut lots of points .
