Job Description
- Manage and execute the project in accordance with the contract conditions to achieve the contractually agreed scope
- Manage relationship with customer, vendors, contractors & all stake holders
- Ensure the engagement objectives and relationship objectives are met and the engagement follows the chartered roadmap
- Participate in Steering committee meetings
- Provide an interface to SIS management for Main contractor
- Coordinate with vendors/contracts for timely delivery of the deliverables
- Responsible overall SIS delivery & sign-off
- Implement continuous process improvements
- Roll-out the overall project management plan for SI & MSI
- Conduct weekly review with customer and vendors
- Coordinate with other divisions/departments within SISL to ensure timely & quality delivery as per agreement
- Provide all administrative, personnel, technical and other services required for the projects
- Resource identification and allocation
- Risk identification & mitigation
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15 to 20 years Industry experience
- At least 5 years experience in managing complex IT/IT infrastructure projects
- Project management of projects in Airports/airline industry is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams of size greater than 40 members.
