Tips for tummy reduction

1. Join gym

Exercise

regularly

2. Yoga is very good especially pranayam exercises.

3. Avoid oily food.

4. Cut down on sugar and junk food.

5. Drink lots of water

6. Do following exersizes -run, walk, swimming, etc

7. Take plenty of green vegetables and salad.

Low calorie foods
like-

green vegetables,salad-tomatoes,cucumber are really helpful.

8. Hot water has the capability of liquifying fat. So strictly drink hot water

We should also restrict fatty foods like butter, mutton on contrast smaller fishes which contain omega fatty acid contains antioxidants which is useful for our body.

Will you please clarify scientifically or, by any reference how hot water helps to reduce tummy by liquefying fat. If it is so, using A/C or bathing in cold water is also bad for over weight persons!

The Tips you wrote are good and we can ascept most of the tips but how the hot water decreases the stomach. where you find this information.
and one more tip is after eating food don't go for bed immediately.

How Hot Water Helps in Liquifying Fats

Water is major Content of our Human Body accounting for nearly 70% of our Body Weight.

Water is simply what we drink but Water is present in many forms in our body.

Water is present as Blood, there is nearly 5 Litres of Blood in our Body which has a host of Functions which is impossible without Water.

Water is present in between the cells, inside the cells, so many places without which Living is Impossible.

As and How our living continues, slight disregards to our body greatly affects Water Content.

Fat is a Substance which easily accumulates in the body and is formed from any nutrient and is stored under the skin in the form of Adipose.

When we start drinking Hot Water, Let me make it known that the Quantity of The Hot Water Should be 1 to 1.5 Litre (5 to 6 glasses) in one go i.e. You can drink 1 to 2 glasses of Hot water stop for 5 to 10 minutes then drink 2 more glasses then stop for 5 to 10 minutes and then again drink the rest of water.

"Hot" makes the water "active", similar to what happens it your finger moves over a candle flame or you get an electric shock - You become suddenly active.

Hot water in large amounts, as it moves through the Gastro Intestinal Tract - Mouth to Intestines (where it is absorbed finally), acts as a "FLUSH" and the hot property makes the cells active thus increasing there action rate (Basal Metabolic Rate) thus cleansing them -

1. Cleanse the GI Tract of all waste that may have lodged in between - Similar to Flushing the sewer.

2. Increase cell permeability to Normal Levels which may have reduced due to fat accumulation

3. Increase mobility of Fat cells and also the waste matter

4. Increase energy spending mechanism - similar to what happens when you do oiling of your vehicle.

Thus Water acts to "Lubricate" your body and its tracts and Flush out waste, mobilise Fat to reduce it.

Water Therapy is also helpful in reducing the corns and Warts which form on Skin and also helps in reducing Cataract in eyes which are classical examples of degression of tissues due to reduced nutrient supply to the respective cells due to reduced blood supply in Senile age.
