One guy was passing through it and wrote something different
He wrote

'' TODAY IS BEAUTIFUL DAY ITS MY BAD LUCK THAT I CAN'T SEE IT.''

It is right. I have many experience for this. If we explain anything to anyone gently and truthfully with good words it will work definitely. If we express our fault gently to a police man after doing a small mistake he will free you without any fine.
