hi friends 3 months before i opt to join aegis bpo service a domestic call center very popular mainly vodafone process

I am writing my experience with the hr here i go
1.my first round was of typing test which i got clear very easily with a speed of 35 word per min. standard was set on 20 word per min with 95 accuracy.

2. second round was with hr this is just a introductory round in this round you are just asked some introductory question like
a. Tell me about your self
b. Then they ask why do you want to join a call center
c. What are you looking forward after joining us.
I also clear this round very easily

3. third and almost the last round was with main hr personal
here i was given some question like
a. why do you left your previous job
b. What sallary you are expected to get from us
c. what if we can not pay you as much as you were getting
d. speak on how you get to this place today in one min
e. speak on the latest movie you see for two min
f. speak on sharukh khan for two min.

oh this was really great experience with this round it was quite a fun too....

but thank god i clear all these round and got my offer letter at 5pm
