Its so sad to see that you have to write to the editors not to reject! i have stopped submitting resource after one of mine was rejected without stating any reason!
Nice resource friend. Most of us, even many doctors are unaware about the importance of vitamins and mineral supplements with the idea that whatever we eat normally is sufficient to provide our needs.
It is true but do we know the recommendation? Do we fulfill the recommendation?
In our diet there should be 3 to 4 types of fruit 2 - 3 servings per day. 3 - 4 types of coloured vegetables 2 - 3 servings per day. How many of us can take this?
vitamins and minerals are not stored in our body. It is the daily requirement. So a daily dose of good quality of multivitamins and mineral is our health insurance.
