Naukri's two-day job fair organized on 13th and 14th September in Bangalore Palace Grounds had over 35000 job seekers of whom over 550 received spot offers. It is the second job fair organized by Naukri in Bangalore. Over the past few years Naukri has been arranging job fairs in all major Tier I, Tier II and Tier III cities attracting a lot of talent.

Employers get to choose from a large talent pool and get the best that is available even though they complain that most applicants (freshers) are not industry ready even though they have good subject knowledge and necessary credentials. 55 companies participated in the event to make it a mega success.
