FIRST ADMISSION LIST OF THE CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION TO TWO-YEAR DIPLOMA COURSE IN ELEMENTARY TEACHER EDUCATION (ETE) IN 9 DIETS

The admission list in ascending order of Application number of candidates provisionally selected for admission in DIETs on the basis of their percentage of marks in the qualifying examination i.e.+2 level (X11 class) is given below. The number in bracket with the Application number of the candidate indicates the code number of allotted DIET as notified in the prospectus. The list is provisional and is based on the data furnished by the candidate in the application form and will be subject to verification of the certificates/documents at the time of admission in DIETs. SCERT reserves the right to cancel the provisional admission of any candidate at later stage if it is found that he/she has provided false information. Reserved Category candidate should see his/her result under general merit as well as reserved category to which he/she has applied. Mere appearance of the name of the candidate in the admission list does not guarantee admission.

CANDIDATES MUST READ THE FOLLWING INSTRUCTIONS VERY CAREFULLY FOR STRICT COMPLAINCE

1. The candidates belonging to different reserved categories have also been considered in General Merit. If they stand in general merit order, they will be considered for admission in general category. However, once the seat has been offered to the candidate in any category, he/she will not be considered further for admission in any category irrespective of whether he/she has taken admission or not.
2. Candidates who have opted for Urdu or Punjabi, but have not selected on seats reserved for Urdu/Punjabi subject have been considered for admission against Hindi language seats. If such candidate stands in merit list and is willing to take admission in Hindi language quota, he/she will have to give an undertaking a the time of admission that he/she will have to study Hindi language subject in the DIET where admission has been granted.
3. Candidate shall submit following certificates in original along with one set of photocopies at the time of admission in DIET: -
A. Certificates and mark sheets of Secondary School Examination, Senior Secondary School Examination or its equivalent Examination.
B. Certificate of reserved category &C.Domicile certificate (within one month)
4. Failure to submit/deposit any of the above original Certificates/Documents to the satisfaction of the competent authorities, as per provision given in the prospectus, at the time of admission in DIETs on the notified date and time, will result in the cancellation of candidature in ETE course
5. Selected candidates after verification of certificates will deposit the fee in cash at allotted DIETs. Candidates are directed to strictly adhere to instructions and schedule of admission mentioned in the ETE prospectus and also notified from time to time on the SCERT website Www.scertdelhi.org. Incase of non-compliance of the schedule of admission and instructions, candidated may lose their right for admission in ETE course.

The application forms of those candidates which have been rejected either due to incomplete information or violation of guidelines given in ETE prospectus 2008,have no right to admission to course. For detailed information, please refer Website www.scertdelhi.org.

Note: -DIET, Bhola Nath Nagar code no (6) has been temporarily shifted in the building of DIET, Rajinder Nagar and for the time being, will be functioning from there.

Therefore, all those candidates who have been allotted DIET, Bhola Nath Nagar, will now report to DIET Rajinder Ngr campus for their admission.
