Sit comfortably with the back straight and open the lips to expose the teeth.Inhale through the mouth with the teeth loosely closed.then exhale slowly through the nose.Repeat this procedure for 2 to 5 minutes.
This gives strength to the gums and teeth.

may be yoga is useful in many diseases, but dental health is different case,it needs special attention,if you don't clean your teeth twice daily nothing works, cleanliness and care is main mantra for perfect dental health, through mechanical cleaning of teeth with a good tooth brush to clean food particles hidden in between teeth is necessary, you can massage the gums with finger,it will make them stronger, visit to dentist twice in a year for routine check up is necessary to check if there is any disease is developing.
