Based on the result of the Combined Defence Services Examination (I) - 2007, held by the Union Public Service Commission in February, 2007. 7553 candidates have been qualified for being interviewed by the Service Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence for admission to (i) Indian Military Academy, Dehradun 124th Course commencing in January, 2008 (ii) Naval Academy, Goa Course commencing in January, 2008 (iii) Air Force Academy, Hyderabad (Pre-Flying) Training Course for 183rd F(P) Course commencing in January, 2008 (iv) Officers’ Training Academy, Chennai 87th SSC Course (for Men) commencing in April, 2008 and (v) Officers’ Training Academy, 1st SSC (Women Non-Technical) Course commencing in April, 2008
