Which is better? Is private job or Govt job? We can’t say right answer to this question. In one way private job is better, and in another way Govt job is better.

PRIVATE SECTOR

Now a days so many persons lossing jobs. All are from private sector. So there is no safety in private jobs. In this up and downs are there. Means SOME TIME THEY LIVE LIKE A KING, IN SOME TIMES THEY LIVE LIKE A SLAVE. 2,3 years back they were getting high salaries. But now they lost their jobs. And they have work tensions compare to Govt employee.

GOVT SECTOR

A Govt employee has no work tensions. He can take salary even though he didn’t work properly. If the worker will die unfortunately one of the member in his family will get that job or any suitable job. So he will be earning money till end of his life.

COMPARISION

If we compare the above paragraphs can we say Govt job is better than private job. No we can’t say . in Govt sector so many persons are working lazily. Due to this the work won’t be done properly. And a lot of corruption is occurring in Govt sector. He has pressure from politicians. He depends on his higher authority. Due to this he can’t utilize his knowledge properly though he has high knowledge.

Finally what I am saying is employees do you work properly what ever be the sector, then only India will reach high position in he world.

Hey Sreekanth,

According to me Private sector is not a safe sector for right now days because if like today market crash will be happen then no one can againg service.

Due to that Impact most of Persons have lost their jobs, lot of companies terminating their employes without any reason.

In Government sector Market was crash but they sill the increament in his salaries because due to Election the Sixth Pay commission had announced a huge Arrior not even this the salary would also get hike according to their Profiles.

According to me goverment sector is safe.

Atleast in this sector your Job will be safe.

I agree with Mr. Narendra Prathap,As far as my knowledge is concern Govt jobs are safe for ever, but we have to think about one issue over here that is

can Our government handle this corporate sort of companies in such victorious manner as they were in past?

If they can then there is no oppossition for the govt. Finally what I want to say is even though it is a government company it has to fallow a certain form of rules for its gradual improvement. As far as this happens there will be no problem whether its a govt job or a private job.

I think the Government job is safe. If you looking only for the salary getting in each month, you may feel the private job is better. But in Private sector, you have to work over time, you will be more tensed. Anything will happen soon and the working company may close soon. Also, most of the companies, weekly/monthly performance evaluation will be there. If you may not reaching their expectation, you will lose your job. Also, if the market is down, you won't get the hike. In private firms, the leave policies are different. You have to work in the holidays/weekends. You may get money as compensation. But you are losing your time. Your time to take rest. You will get little time to spend time with your family

If you are working in Government sector, you have to work in the specific time. You will get more Holidays. You have the chance to take long leave and go for higher studies. You don't feel as much work pressure. You will get enough time to spend with your family members. You never fear to lose the job.
