On 18th march, we had campus interview of one of the major irrigation company named as JAIN IRRIGATION, JALGOAN.Some nine students attended this interview, in which eight students got selected.
It was one of the toughest campus interview.They conducted Aptitude test and Personal interview.
APTITUDE TEST:
It was tough paper to crack.Every body tried their level best, but only five can make to the personal interview. The paper was totally of Data interpretation, Simple maths. I managed the paper to do well.Now its turn for personal interview.
PERSONAL INTERVIEW:
It was one again tough. People who came as interviewer were one of the finest irrigation engineer.The students who went before me to attend PI ,came out sweating.
I was waiting for my turn.
I entered the room gently without making any noise with seeking formal permission.Interviewer asked me to have seat by hand sign.I just understood took seat.He was impressed by the way i entered into the room. Later he asked about me and asked some question related to irrigation field . Question were simple but the presence of mind plays the major role. That's where i lost. But as he was impressed by me , he said just good luck before i was to leave room.
So that's how got selected in Jain company.
So guys you all know the saying
"FIRST IMPRESSION IS BEST IMPRESSION"
So, create first impression as one of the best , that's how you can crack the interview.

i think you are studying in third year right now.. I dont think it is your original interview experience. Post your experience or post it by saying that it was not your experience and give reference like 'my senior's experience' or something..
