Recruitment Qualification for the post of Professor

Essential:
1. Ph.D with First Class or 60% aggregate marks at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in
Architecture/Planning/Civil Engineering/other disciplines of the School or
equivalent qualification of the recognized university/institution.
2. 10 years experience in teaching/research/professional work after Master’s
Degree in t he appropriate field.

Note:
Candidates from the Industry/Profession with recognized professional work
equivalent to Ph.D in concerned disciplines of the School as the case may be
would also be eligible.

Desirable:
1. Membership of relevant professional body
2. Published professional work.

2. Assistant Professor

No of Posts - 03 posts (Architecture - 02, Planning - 01)

Pay Scale - Rs. 12000-420-18300

Recruitment Qualification for the post of Assistant Professor

Essential:
1. Master’s degree with First Class or 60% aggregate marks in
Architecture/Planning/Civil Engineering/other disciplines of the School or
equivalent qualification of a recognized University/Institution.
2. 05 years experience in teaching/research/professional work after Master’s
Degree in the appropriate field.

Note:
Candidates from the Industry/Profession with recognized professional work
equivalent to Master’s Degree in the case of Architecture/Planning/Civil
Engineering/other disciplines of the School and Ph.D in the case of Science/Social
Sciences as the case may be would also be eligible.

Desirable:
1. Membership of relevant professional body
2. Published professional work.
