regarding customer some benefits are available but through SB a/c only bank can earn profit earn more

Apart from this, Banks also offer interest on savings account. The rate varies from 2.5% to 4% per annum.

Also, most of the banks do not give free of charge demand drafts, but charge certain commission for purchasing a draft. Free demand draft facility is provided only to those who maintain high average balance in their savings account.

If cheques drawn by an account holder on his savings account are high in number and exceed the prescribed limit, banks also charge for issuing new cheque book.

Saving Account is very useful in our Life.

In Some Banks Like Saraswar Small Childreans Account Also Opened in name with Cubs A/C.

With Saving A/c They Provide us Passbook, Cheqebook and Atm/Debit Cards.

Phonebanking, Internetbanking, Mobilbnking this type of facilities also bank provides to us.

SBI also provides a Saving Plus Account which gives the interest of term deposits to the amount in the account. You need to define one threshold limit, amount greater than it will acquire FD rates and that much amount will have savings account interest.
