As if you would have seen my resources posted previously. I shared an interview experience at E2E Servizol.
After few months, once I improved on my communication skills I again attended the interview at E2E. This time it was good. I was through with the first three rounds i.e. personal introduction round, Typing test, and group discussion. And more this time I was confident only confident not over confident. At last it was the HR round. I still remember the name of the HR who took my interview. She was Ms. Swati. I round went pretty well. At that point of time E2E was recruiting in the process of virgin mobiles for customer care executives. She said I was selected but simultaneously she told me that as the openings are closed in the virgin process, she promised me with a call back to collect the offer letter for the process of Tata Sky. I confirmed with her twice about the call back which she has promised.
I started waiting for the call more than a month without trying else where, I even tried calling her to check the status of collecting the offer letter. , but there was no response from the other end. I was a fool to wait for her call which she promised. But till date I never got a call.
I am sharing this just to alert everybody that, we generally attend many interviews, but as mentioned in the above incident if somebody is promising with the call backs to collect the offer letter. Don’t just rely on it and don’t stop searching for the other opportunities. Search till you don’t get an offer letter in your hand. If not we our self would get disappointed if we are not getting any calls and we would even waste our time in waiting for it. This is just a small suggestion from my end
