Basically I am from Andhra Pradesh. In Job search, I came to Chennai. I saw an advertisement in the News Paper for Accenture interviews. I was new to Chennai. With a great difficulty, I have reached the Company. Already many people were in the queue. I have submitted my resume and joined the queue.
The first round is personal interveiw. I spoke well and selected for the second round. Here they took around an hour to call each one. I was very anxious. Finally my name was called. Here a telephonic round. They gave a topic on the spot and I have to speak on the topic for 2 minutes. I have done well and got selected for the next round.
It was already afternoon 2 PM. For us lunch break. Again at 3 they called me.
The Human resource manager said: " Your qualification, previous job experience, presentation skills are good. But still we are looking for at least 2 years of experience in the BPO sector."
They could have specified it clearly in the News paper. They added the freshers as well in the advertisement.
Hope that this should not get repeated by any company. Hence we can save our precious time and money.
