An Eco friendly tree. The neem tree is noted for its long life and purity. It has tendency to cure most of the diseases. Neem tree purifies the air. So it is said that you should have one or more Neem trees planted nearby your house, offices etc. Neem Leaves helps curing Chicken Pox and also help in purifying blood. The Pakistani scientist Salimuzzaman Siddiqui was the first scientist to bring the plant to the attention of phytopharmacologists. In 1942, while working at the Scientific and Industrial Research Laboratory at Delhi University, he extracted three bitter compounds from neem oil, which he named nimbin, nimbinin, and nimbidin respectively. The seeds contain a complex secondary metabolite azadirachtin.
Traditionally, teeth cleaning were conducted by the chewing of slender neem branches. Neem twigs are still collected and sold in markets for this use, and one often sees youngsters in the streets chewing on neem twigs. Many medicines are prepared from the powder of the tree leaves. All parts of the tree (seeds, leaves, flowers and bark) are used for preparing many different medical preparations.
Neem purifies the air and helps killing the insects in the air. Neem is a source of environment-friendly biopesticides. The neem tree products never kill the pests directly. They alter our life processing in such a way that the insects present in our body can no longer breed, feed and die on their own. Neem leaves / extracts mostly do not kill all types of insects, it is only effective if it is ingested in body and mixes well in the blood, and only then the insects feed on plant tissues succumb. Those that feed on nectar or other insects, such as butterflies, bees, and ladybugs, hardly accumulate significant concentrations of neem products.
In Indian tradition, on a occasion called Gudi Padwa, Sugar mixed with neem trees are distributed among the family members to remind people of using it during that particular month or season to pacify summer pitta.
Drinking Neem juice every morning will help you fight unwanted tissues in your body and help your body to clean them. Those who have much of pimples on your face apply neem juice all over the infected area, leave it for 10 minutes and then wash off your face.
Neem tree has many advantages and less disadvantages. I suggest you to have a glass of neem juie every morning to keep your body fit and fine.

Neem tree is such a magical tree which we are blessed with. I have heard my grand parents saying, breathing the air that comes hitting the Neem tree itself is healthy. Its leaves are used for boiling water and is used to bath when a person is having Chicken box. Neem leaves are also used for various skin diseases. It is a main ingredient in various Ayurvedic medicines.
