Job Description • Joint measument with client, timely preparation and submission of monthly Running Bill. Price adjustment bill as per GCC, its Certificate with client .
• Reconconcilation of material (Cement and steel) and Progress VS Payment every month.
• Certification of Sub contractor Invoices and Data entry for reconciliation purpose.
• Rate analysis of extra item/deviated item, its finalization with Client . Client Billing, Subcontractors Billing.
• Preparation of work in progress and send to the head office every month.
Desired Profile client and subcontractor billing, negotiation skill, should have core construction background, mainly in Hydro billing
