Hi friends, its a matter of 2 years back when we had got the interview for CTS at our college campus. We were all excited as this was the first company to come for the campus interviews. So we all students were ready neatly in the morning.The PPT of the company was given much before. So they directly started away with the written test in the morning at 8:30. The written test almost consisted of the normal aptitute question with questions related to speed, age, maths etc and other section which was bit tough was the english section, but manageable. We finished our test, and our results we announced an hour after the test. We were really nervous to know our results. We finally got the results and i was quiet lucky to clear the test. Next was the HR cum Technical round. For this round I almost waited till night 9:00, this show CTS is not good in giving interview slots. So finally my name was called for the next round. In this round he as me very simple aptitude questions, such as If a worm is left in the pond, it doubles every second, at what time it will reach certain number? its a quiet simple one . He asked me some more such simple questions.He was looking for the confidence in answering the questions and I made a mistake over there by answering a question and saying that i was not sure about the answer. So he thanked me. After the interview, i was quiet confident of clearing the round, but to my shock the results came and were negative for me. That time I got to know how the confidence matters in the interviews. So friends i advice you to be confident for all the interviews you people face.
