Motivational skills are one of the most important skills that a man/ woman should have. Everywhere managers want their teams to be very effective and focused towards the organizational goals. Team work success depends on motivation and appreciation. Once you are surrounded by the limitations or when limitations are placed by others on you ask yourself if you were not under any limitations.
When you limit yourself with doubts or devalue yourself and your abilities, you will not be able to believe in the possibilities. Create of lists of things we know we can’t do. In between listing of things we think we could do. Think where we get struck, and why, limited by expectations, sticking to impossible dreams.
Here are some tips to turn your dreams into real:
What can make your dream possible by making simple changes to the list what we can’t do? Instead of having a list with what you know and you can’t do, you make a list that you don’t know and you can’t do? What you have added including don’t can be done when you motivate yourself.
When you think you can’t do a work, you motivate yourself that you can do and try it. Until and unless you try don’t think you cannot do. There is an old saying, ‘Failures are stepping stones to success”, which is absolutely true. When you face a failure don’t get de-motivated, learn new things from your failure. When you face failure, think causes for your failure, where mistakes occurred, etc. Correct your mistakes. Learn from your mistakes.
We read everyday in the newspapers regarding people who have succeeded in doing something which they did not believe they could do. You might have heard the achievers interview saying, I don’t know how this made possible, still I can’t believe how this happened.
Similarly, for achieving something in this competitive world work on what you can’t do and achieve by motivating. Keep on motivating yourself because others may not have time to motivate you. Don’t expect motivation from others. When you think you can’t do a particular job, keep on saying in your mind you can do it, surely you can achieve it. Even when others get struck also help them, motivate, give ideas, get ideas, and share your thoughts. Appreciate yourself after achieving each task.
Revisit your success and acknowledge the results you have achieved. Sometimes self-satisfaction will keep you motivating. When you are getting de-motivated or when you have a bad day read some of the inspirational books. Bring back all your enthusiasm. Read books that are motivating and inspiring. Keep motivating yourself…
