I am sharing my bank interview experience with you people.It may be useful to you.
There were four gentlemen in a panel.So, here is the interview:
They asked me----
1.What do you know about banking?
I said, I know the basics of general banking (I am from banking field).
2.then they asked how much work experience do you have?
I replied.
3.they asked me what cbs? i.e core banking solution
4.what are ATMs,what are there uses?
--they are automated teller machine.can be used to withdraw or deposit cash,for recharging mobile no.etc.
5.why do we need biometric ATMs if we already have normal ATMs in our country?
--biometric ATMs read fingerprints.
6.Where do you want to be posted? are you comfortable with relocating yourself in india.
--i said i have no problem with relocating myself anywhere in india.
My interview went well. The main purpose of conducting interviews is that they want to check your confidence level and how genuine you are in your answers.So,don't fake,try to be yourself and be genuine.
