Dear All,

There are four ways a human being behave while working in some company.

1) Unwilling Vs Unable
2) Willing Vs Unable
3) Willling Vs Able
4) Unwilling Vs Able

If we explain about the first one, It applies to freshers who join after their study and everything is new for them. They need training and coaching.

While coming to second one, It is the people who are still freshers but know how to do the work commits some mistake in this they need training and coaching with 70% effect.

Third one. Which is now perfect for the job he is willing and able to do the things in effective and efficient manner in order to maintain that we need to performance appraisal of the employee in both designation and monetary wise.

Last but not the lease will have very effect on the organization because he is able but unwilling to do the things. In this only we can convince by telling nothing works out
