Each campus is equipped with a library.
The main library is at the Pune campus.
This is a specialized library in construction management and the construction industry.
It holds a collection of over 10,200 books, documents and reference material. Libraries subscribes to all major technical and professional journals relevant to the mainline work of the institute. Placement:

Accommodation:
Hostel accommodation is available at Pune and Hyderabad campuses.
Women students granted admissions are housed separately.
Pune campus has four hostels: 80 single occupancy and 40 shared occupancy rooms and an executive hotel with 18 single occupancy rooms, bath attached.
Hyderabad campus hostel has 40 shared occupancy rooms. Attempt is made that all women students who need hostel are given accommodation in the order of the merit list for admission prepared by the selection committee.
