ABOUT COLLEGE

Gowtham junior college is famous for it`s quality education in intermediate. It had produced many IITans, NITans and many more engineers and doctors.Gowtham is the first private junior college in Andhra pradesh and also it is the first college to start IIT coaching in Andhra pradesh.

LOCATION

Gowtham junior college is located in a village called Gudavalli which is situated near Vijayawada city. It is about 6 kilometers away from vijayawada and about 3 kilometers from gannavaram where airport is located.
It almost comes under Vijayawada rural area.

COURSES AND EDUCATION

Education here is a playing game for the students.Excellent teaching and non teaching staff will help the students in all the ways they can.They provide M.P.C and Bi.P.C courses here.This is a residential college and is best at it`s system.
Lecturers are highly qualified.they are very friendly with the students and they interact more with the students.As it is residential there is a facility for the students to study at the night times also.Tutors are provided any time in the campus to clarify the doubts of the students.
It offers coaching for competitive exams like IIT, AIEEE, VIT, BITSAT, EAMCET.Wardens and chief wardens are also very helpful for the growth of students.

MY EXPERIENCES

I studied my two years of intermediate in this college.i was very lucky to study here.I had good interaction with the lecturers of this institution.I really liked Kvp rao sir of organic chemistry and Sg sir for physics.
I even had a good experiences with our chief warden bheema raju who is a student friendly warden.He always supported students and provided the maximum help for the students.

Hostel facility is really good in this college.There is 24 hour current facility with generator back up.Rooms are really good with fantastic ventilation.food is one of the best of it`s kind in the state.Once there went a rumour around the state that there was a food poison in our college.Media also hyped the news which was a fake.But the situation came under control with in few days.That was one thing i remember every time when i think of my college.

GOWTHAM is THE LEADER in junior colleges.
