Admission Procedure

2. Admission form is common for GATE / Non GATE / Sponsored candidates, downloadable from http://www.elex.dauniv.ac.in/M.TechAdmission_Form.pdf.

3. The department runs three M.Tech. Programmes. If a candidate wants to apply for more than one programme, he/she should tick appropriately in the application form. There is no need of filling up separate forms for separate courses. only one DD of Rs. 400/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/ST)be submitted, even if you are applying for more than one courses.

4. The filled form along with copies of degree/certificates, Photocopy of GATE Score Card and DD of Rs. 400/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/ST )drawn in favor of Registrar, DAVV , Indore (Payable at Indore)can be sent to

Non-GATE candidates may send their application form along with DD of Rs. 400/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/ST) and photocopies of degree and Date of Birth cerificate at above address.

5. Last date of receiving completed application form is 25th June, 2009.

6. Eligible candidates (GATE & Non-GATE) may come for counseling with all testimonials in original including GATE card plus one set of attested photocopies along with three passport size photograph and Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000/- in favor of Head, School of Electronics, DAVV, Indore (Payable at Indore) on 02th July, 2009 at 10 AM.
