OBJECTIVES :
The main Objectives of the National Seminar on Recent Trends in Applied Mathematics is to provide a forum for exchange of new ideas and techniques among the researchers in the field of Applied Mathematics. The academic program will consist of invited lectures and paper presentation session.
SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACT
The abstract of the paper presentation, not exceeding 200 words, is required to be submitted either by email or by post. We prefer the submission of abstract by email in Text form or MS Word format. Each participant is allowed to present only one paper.
DATE AND VENUE :
The Seminar will be held during 07th and 08th March 2008 in the Mathematics Section, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Annamalai University.
THEME OF THE SEMINAR :
The organizing committee of the Seminar invites papers from teachers and researchers on the following areas and related topics,
Analysis
Automata and its Applications
Bio Fluid Dynamics
Fuzzy Algebra and its Applications
Mathematical Modeling
Numerical Methods
Optimization Theory
Probability and Stochastic Process
Wavelet Theory and its Applications
REGISTRATION FEE :
The Registration fee for the seminar is as given herein:
Outstation Participants : Rs. 750/-
Local Participants and Research Scholars : Rs. 500/-
The registration fee includes admission to all sessions of the seminar, boarding and lodging, refreshments and proceedings of the seminar.
Registration fee is to be paid only through Demand Draft in favour of, “THE REGISTRAR, ANNAMALAI UNIVERSITY”, payable at Annamalainagar (Indian Bank/ICICI Bank).
IMPORTANT DATES :
Submission of Abstract : 30th January 2008
Acceptance notification : 11th February 2008
Submission of full paper and Registration : 18th February 2008
