Criteria for eligibility of admission

Nationality:-
Candidates must be Citizens of India.

Academic
i) Pass in Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or
an examination recognized equivalent thereto with at least Fifty percent marks in Mathematics
separately and Fifty percent marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/equivalent subjects put
together or equivalent grade. Each college can fix separate higher levels of eligibility.

ii) Rounding off of the percentage of marks to the nearest whole number is not permitted.

Age
i) Applicants should have completed 17 years of age on 31st December 2009. No relaxation of
age will be allowed.


How to apply

Candidates can apply for B.Tech Admission using any one of the following 3 options

OPTION 1

The application form, along with the prospectus for admission for the academic year 2009 -10, can be obtained from the College office on payment of Rs. 300/- either by cash or by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Principal, Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Kanjirapally, payable at Kanjirapally from 1 June 2009 onwards. Filled in Application forms can be submitted back to the office in person or by mail.

OPTION 2

Candidates can submit their application online. After submission they should send the computer generated Application form duly signed, along with a DD of Rs. 300/- in favor of Principal, Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Kanjirapally, payable at Kanjirapally.
