Job Summary

• Research on Domain and target companies.
• Knowledge about clients, client’s competition and technology.
• Sourcing Resumes and offers through head hunting and networking against set targets.

Job Description

Scope and Impact of Job:-

• Sourcing resumes against assigned requirements will help in generating offers and joinees from the clients, resulting in revenue generation.
• Sharing Market Information and providing the Candidate with various career options thereby increasing Spectrum’s visibility in the market

Primary Responsibility:-

• Understanding the technology and domain.
• Research & Mapping of the domains and corresponding organizations.
• Understanding the client Organization, business and business processes.
• Building network through Headhunting
• Sourcing Resumes
• Generating Offers.
• Revenue Generation
• Meeting candidates
• Making reports as required.

Task:-

• Preparing presentations on technologies taking references from the Knowledge Data Bank.
• Research Assignment & Report submission with the details like:
o Business of the Company
o Structure within the Organization and HR Practices
o Career/Growth Path in the company
o Employee Data (Head count, Salary, Team size, Groups Skills, Onsite Opportunity, Notice period, Education details etc).
o Products/Projects Details
o Location and Contact Details.

• Understanding the client Organization, business and business processes.
o Take Reference from the present data available
o Through internet and guidance from respective team leads.
• Building network through Headhunting.
o Preparing the list of target companies
o Meeting candidates of the target companies
o Documentation of the above data in a given format and sending it to the respective team leads.
• Sourcing Resumes against the set targets
o Minimum 15 new contacts daily through cold calls, references and internet which should gradually increase to 30 new contacts daily in a span of 3 months. ( Can be factored depending on the domain)
o Minimum 50 relevant resumes per month which should gradually increase to 75 resumes per month in a span of 3 months. ( Can be factored depending on the domain)
o Follow up for the prospective candidates on daily basis.
o Validation and scheduling of the self sourced resumes .

• Generating offers
o Minimum 12 offers to be generated from the self source resume within a span of 6 months. (Can be factored depending on the domain )
o Keeping in touch with the offered candidates and escalating any issues to the respective Team leads.

• Meeting candidates
o Assessing Candidates as per the defined parameters.
o Documentation of the above data in a given format and attaching it with the CV.

• Making reports as required
Education Qualification Skills

• Graduation in any discipline. • Must have good communication, interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Must be a good Team Player and should be ready to take initiatives.
• Must have basic Computer knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Positive and Learning attitude
• Should be inclined to make a career in recruitment
