Latest Corporate Announcements IFCI Board recommends Dividend IFCI Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 27, 2009, inter alia, has recommended, a dividend @ Re 0.80 per share i.e. 8% for the year ended March 31, 2009, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
