Tips to Reduce and prevent acidity or gas formation in the body

Gas formation in the body is because of improper digestion in the body.

follow a good food habit with adequate amount of exercise daily, which leads to proper digestion of food and stops formation of unneccesarry gas in the body.

Excessive gas in the body can lead to the following problems
1)Ulcer in the stomach
2)Heart problem
3)digestive system disorder
4)Orthrities when gas gets secreated between joints
5)Head ache and excessive pressure on brain etc...

so to remove the excessive amount gas from the body

1)Yogasana postures of Pavanamuktasana all prakars (Pavanamuktasana means removing gas from body) , Bhujangasana, Mayoorasana etc...

2)Pranayama Postures of Bhastrika,Kapala Bhati for 10 minutes a day each.

3)drinking 3 to 4 litres of water.

4)6 hrs of sound sleep a day

5)Eating 3 to 4 Leaves of Amruta Balli, Tulsi, Neem early morning daily.

6)Taking Avipatika Churna, Shankavati tablet, Kamadugha rasa Ayurvedic medicenes can solve the gastrities.
