Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/ Chemical Engineering/ Applied Electronics & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Control/ Mechatronics/ Computer Science/M.Sc in Instrumentation**/M.Sc in Industrial Electronics**, and final year students also may apply. Admission based on merits.

Facilities: • Industrial process controllers & field instruments • PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens & ABB), Softplc • Intellution iFix Scada, NiLabView Scada module & Scada hardware • ABB Dcs (Freelance 800F) • Profibus, DH 485, Can, Hrt Development system • Wireless sensor kit, bluetood and wi-fi devices • Image Inspection System • LabView Express, GPIB & Imaq Vision System • Data acquisition system with PCI, ISA and Ethernet Fieldpoint I/O • Programmable Automation Controller (PAC) • Smart Instrument Design using SoC/FPGA/DSP/Microcontroller based Development System • Training Plants set up with real sized industrial instruments and controlled through PLC and PC
