Great addition. May be each city can be a seperate resource so that all who want to search the consultants from one city can just search that particular resource. I am splitting my bangalore chennai resource to bangalore and chennair seperately.

That is a good idea.
We can add a "Tags" feature. You can add the city name as a tag so that yoru resource could be searched by city.
