How To Manage Stress In Life

In today's World, the root cause of many health related problems is stress which gradually enters our lives as the resposibilities increase.Physical stress depends on the type of work or occupation we are into but the mental stress is present with every individual- be it a millionaire or a Milkman.
Mental stress is more harmful than the physical stress as our physical health depends more on our will power and mental strength to remain healthy.

Mental Stress can be avoided in our busy lives by following ways :

1. Timing and Planning our Work : We can be free from certain daily pressures in our life if we plan our daily routine work in advance in certain ways so that we can know in advance what to do next.

2. Take Out time for yourself : You are special and You have your own identity. So it is very important that every individual should give some time to himself, like taking out time for improving your personality, self grooming, exercises. Many of us will think that all these activities will only improve us physically but at the same time, these activities will enhance self confidence and self love in one's eyes.This will also bring a change in your daily monotonous routine, thus refreshing you.

3. Meditation and Relationship With God: Some people don't believe in God so much. I give suggestion to not only those people who are disbelievers but also who believe in God that they should take out some time in the morning to meditate and put positive feeling in them each day that their coming day will be good in every aspect. As the saying goes- Be positive and Get positive.
Meditation helps you in building the relationship with God. It creates a feeling somewhere deep in your heart that somebody more powerful is up there who helps you every time whenever you need help.

4. Time for your Hobbies : When you take out time for your hobbies, you get a change in your life which charges you again for the other day and makes you fresh mentally. A bussiness executive forgets all his office tensions as he picks a colour brush in his hands to make a painting. So the crux is that give some time to your hobbies and you will be again set for the coming day.

I would like to add I more suggestion.
It is Knowledge. This is not a traditional suggestion, I agree. But I observe it doing wonders in reducing stress.In Somany cases around me. For example when you have knowledge of 'Effectively using time' you tend to be less in Hurry and enjoy life as you go.
 
Let me suggest few books that can help in this regard:
1. How to stop worrying and start living by Dale Carnegie.
2. How to win friends and influence people by Dale Carnegie.
3. How to get Control of your Time and your life by Alan Lakein.
4. Word Power made Easy by Norman Lewis.
5. Intimate Behaviour by Desmond Morris.
6. Toxic Stress and Twentieth Century Blues by Dr. Vernon Coleman.

And many more...search there are so many!

Hi all ,
Managing stress is one of the toughest job.There are many ways to control stress. One of the best way is Meditation . No other method can make you so controlled and balance your life. There are also many books relevant to this, which also gives importance to meditation . Only thing is that each book follows different ways of meditation .
finally talking ,MEDITATION is the best medicine to manage stress and have a balanced life.
