Two Years Full Time Postgraduate Course in Drugs & Pharmaceuticals M.Tech. (Chem.)

Non-Sponsored Candidate:-A student holding B.Tech (chem.) Pharmaceuticals and Fine chemicals technology degree or B.Pharmacy degree or B.Sc.Tech. (Pharmaceuticals and Fine chemicals technology) of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University or any other university recognized as equivalent there to with valid GATE score is eligible for admission to post graduate course in the subject of Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Technology.
The candidate should have minimum 60% marks at the bachelor’s degree as awarded by the respective university. In case of SC and ST category the minimum percentage required is 55% in degree as awarded by the respective university.
Sponsored Candidate:- Candidates who possess B.Tech (Chem)/ B.Sc. (Tech) with specialization in Pharmaceuticals and Fine Chemicals Technology/ B.Pharmacy specified by the university with the minimum 60 percentage of marks and minimum of 2 years of full time work experience in a registered firm /company / industry/ and or research institute experience in a registered/any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field will be eligible for admission to this course. The candidate with valid GATE score will be preferred. However the sponsored candidate without GATE score may also apply.
Application procedure:-
a) Application forms are available on website http://www.dctbamu.org as mentioned in notification published in newspapers.
b) Forms are to be downloaded and required to be filled completely.
c) Sign the form and attach the attested copies of prescribed documents to substantiate the claims.
d) Attach crossed Demand Draft of an amount as mentioned below as a fee towards application form, information brochure.
GATE qualified: Rs.500/- for General (Rs.300/- for reserved category)
Non GATE: Rs.900/- for General (Rs.700/- for reserved category)
The demand draft should be drawn in favour of Registrar, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, and Payable at Aurangabad.
Applicants are required to fill separate application form if they are interested in claiming the seat under both the categories i.e., non-sponsored and sponsored category, in such case the candidate is required to submit separate demand draft along with the respective application form.
e) Submit an application form to the office of Head, Department of Chemical Technology, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada Univeristy Aurangabad (M.S.)- 431004 in person/speed post / courier so as to reach the authority as mentioned in schedule.
