Hi, My first interview experience goes like this: Actually i was bit nervous to attend the interview, the company is new and first time i'm going to face a strange situation. Its nice but, first was the written exam where i did well, the second step was the straight oral interview, where i was at the peak of nervousness, there they ask the usual question tell about yourself, i don't know what answer. but quite with some confident i answer to that as where i studied, my family and my hobbies and talents. Then i answered to all their question. Even then, at last i was not called again. Still now i don't know why?!

my first interview about 1 year before...am a bcom graduate and as a house wife i did sap hr cours from times technology institute...after finishing the course i visited one company i solution...i was very confident before interview....seeing my confidence my compititors lost their confidence....when i was called inside for the interview which wae taken by 1 guy, he asked me to introduce myself...i introduced myself very well but he started asking the question related to sap hr, i was blank and nervous and couldnt replied proper...he came to know that am nervous and offered me water but water didnt worked out well for me and i lost my oppotunity....so i want to give this msg to everyone please dont get nervous and just be relax and by the same time dont get over confidence as it may spoil the whole interview...so coool, relax and win..
