23rd Annual Convocation held on 08.02.2008
Bharathiar University 23rd Annual Convocation is scheduled to be held on 08.02.2008 at 11.00 a.m. at University Auditorium. His Excellency the Governor of Tamil Nadu Shri. Surjit Singh Barnala will preside over the function and Dr. Bhalchandra Mungekar, Member of Planning Commission, New Delhi will deliver the convocation address and Dr. A. Sivathanu Pillai, Distinguished Scientist & Chief Controller, R&D, DRDO, Ministry of Defence will receive the Degree of Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa).
