the HR questions for freshers are generally as follows

1. tell me about yourself / describe your self ?

2. why should i hire you?

3. what do you know about our company?

4. are you willing to work in night shifts?

5. why you percetage is dropped?

6. i think you are over qualified for this post.what do you say?

7. suppose if you are team leader. your subordinates are not working well.what will you say?
will you complaint to the higher authorities?

8. your salary is not hiking well then what do you do ?will you leave the company?

9. suppose another company offered you more salary than this company then what you do?

10. you are project leader but one of you subordinate has extraorindinary talent then you,will you recommend to him to higher authorities?

11. suppose the work assigned is not completed intime.then which reason do you say?

12. how much salary you are expecting?

13. suppose i will not select you,then your opinion?

14. why you select IT field?

15. are you willing to go to abroad?
