Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative - CSR is Printo's frontline representative and is the first person a customer interacts with. The CSR follows through with the customer job from estimation to delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile:
-Job qualification (to ascertain what sort of a print / copy job)
-Estimation of cost (using software)
-Correct estimation of time to complete job
-Assisting Customers in basic DTP and design modification.
-Learn to operate all printing, photocopying and personal computing equipment within the store in order to fulfill customer needs
-Provide customer service, including anticipating customer needs, suggesting alternatives and problem solving, and satisfy those needs with a minimum amount of supervision
-Follow the Standard Operations Procedures manual for all in-store processes
-Maintain order in store a place for everything and everything in its place
-Maintain strict decorum in communication and appearance with customers and colleagues
