Every October 2nd is a very important date for all indians. 2nd october is not only the birth date of Jatipitha Mahatma,Gandhi, and also abirth date of another great personality Sri Lal Bahadur Sastri. Lal Bahadur has born in a poor family and completed his SASTRY degree from Varanasi University. He got impressed with the methodology of Bapu for freedom fighting and participated in freedom struggle. He worked as a minister in Nehru cabinet. Even as a cabinet minister he never opted for comforts in life. He lead a very simple life. When he was the Railway Minister, a ghostly accident took place to a rail. As minister of railway immediately he resigned ans went back to his house on foot not even accepting government given car. The real ideal personality. His way of working only made him the Prime minister after Nehru. During his tenure of prime ministership there was a war with pakistan which proved that india can smash pakistan if really wanted. At that time only he coined the slogan JAI JAWAN, JAI KISAN. In his attempts to bring peace he has gone to Tashkent and lost his life in the sevice of nation. He is the real leader for india who should be taken as their role model by the politicians of today. JAIHIND
