Hello friends,
I am going to telling you my first interview experience in Sugar Industry,
Nowadays I am pursuing MBA from ICFAI University,
after completing my graduation in Commerce I have got an opportunity
to attend interview in Sugar Industry that was the my 3nd experience
to attend the interview but the 1st interview in a sugar Industry
so I was completed my resume and ready to face the interview
before this interview I was attend 2 more interviews but
I am fleeing nervous, everyone feels that but I am Cooling down myself a lot
at first I am going to meet the GM of the Sugar Mill
he is asking me very normal questions like Name, Education Background
and about family members,
I was so happy and I got confidence myself after that he told me to go meet
the head of my department he is very educated person 1st he is also asking
me normal question but its EDP Department so he started asking me about
Computers and Networking , I have a enough knowledge about that so
I’ll give all Answers but after it he gave me a system and told
me to attach with different system via networking after some time
I have completed the task he is telling me to wait outside,
in that interview I got very much tension at last I came out that cabin
after 15 minutes he call me again and talking me with a very friendly
way and asked me about to salary package what I want then after
discussing that topic he told me to meet the GM and when I meet
the GM told me that you are selected and join the training of 3 months,
I was so happy to got the job and after joining I was working
for 10 months in the Industry and then I leave the job for my MBA Classes…
this is my best experience of Interview.
