The keibul Lamjao National Park also known as the Floating National park is situated at Loktak lake, about 45 Km from the Imphal Town in the State of Manipur. It is being one of the famous tourist attraction in the entire North-eastern India. Here in this park you will find one and only endangered species of deer whose habitat is in the floationg mass of weeds locally known as Phumdi. This endangered animal is very unique and found nowhere else in other places. The entire park itself is floating.
