1. Sale of Application Forms through notified branches
of Canara Bank & State Bank of Travancore (SBT) : From 28.01.2008 (Monday)
2. Last date for sale of Application Form : 29.02.2008 (Friday)
3. Last date for receipt of Application Form : 29.02.2008, 5 pm (Friday)
4. Date of despatch of Admit Card : 27.03.2008 (Thursday)
5. Date & Time of Entrance Examination :
Engineering: Physics & Chemistry : 21.04.2008, 10 am to 12.30 pm.
Mathematics : 22.04.2008, 10 am to 12.30 pm.
Medical: Chemistry & Physics : 23.04.2008, 10 am to 12.30 pm.
Biology : 24.04.2008, 10 am to 12.30 pm.
6. Centre of Examination : As indicated in the Admit Card.
7. Time Schedule for the Examination: (IST) FN
(a) Entry to the Examination Hall : 9.30.am
(b) Distribution of Question Booklet : 9.55 am.
(c) Opening of the Question Booklet and
commencement of examination : 10.00 am.
(d) Latest entry to the Examination Hall : 10.30 am.
(e) Examination concludes : 12.30 pm.
8. Materials permitted in the examination hall : Admit Card, Card Board/Clip
Board, Ball-Point pens (with Black
or Blue ink only).
9. Rough work : All rough work to be done in the
Question Booklet only. The candidate shall not do any rough
work or put stray mark(s) on the
OMR answer sheet.
10. Declaration of Results Engineering/Medical : On or before 25.05.2008.
11. Centralised Allotment Process (CAP-2008) : 01.07.2008 onwards.
12. Certificates/documents to be brought at the time of admission.
(a) Admit Card issued by CEE.
(b) Certificate to prove Date of Birth.
(c) Original Mark list to prove academic eligibility.
(d) Pass Certificate (if obtained).
(e) Any other documents as mentioned in clause 11.7.1.
