Simple Health Formula

Man compromises health to earn money and later spends the earned money to regain health. But the conflict is that health once lost cannot be regained back. It is necessary that in the modern world, one has to keep the health formula in mind. Busy lifestyles and the inspiration to achieve big has devalued health and is outsourced to medical practitioners.

The simple formula is that your body health depends on your intake and outtake of calories.

Intake is mainly due to food and drinks.
Outtake is due to exercises, sweat and the wastes from the body.

When the person becomes busy, the intake remains the same and the outtake decreases. One should keep this formula in the sub conscious mind. A person should also know the rough idea of high calorie and low calorie diets.

The major health concern is caused by:
- Fast foods like pizza, burger
- Deep fried items
- pastries and desserts
- Red meat

which tend to be the most palatable.

They result in high cholesterol and blood pressure.

Always try to add the following items to your diet
- coconut water
- butter milk
- fruits
- vegetables
- honey

Exercises help in keeping the body fit and the organs working.

Smoking and Drinking should be completely avoided.

Remember to analyze your intake and outtake regularly.
