NID’s Application Forms available from:
(1). Application forms along with the prospectus for the ensuing academic year will be
made available on request from the second week of October on payment by a
Demand Draft of any nationalized bank drawn in favour of the ‘National Institute of
Design’ payable at Ahmedabad.
(2). Forms downloaded from NID’s website along with required amount of DD drawn in
favour of National Institute of Design payable at Ahmedabad will also be accepted.
(3). Forms can also be obtained from select branches of Bank of India (listed below)
