Eating well and in appropriate portion sizes is a challenge, even in familiar, normal conditions. What happens when you're with a friend's birthday celebration, a celebration of the festival, or something as simple as facing for lunch? How can you have fun, and especially not the reverse and undo all the good work? It is also important that the normal life and socialization is not a dead end, as should be Good Looking & Wellness is a lifestyle, not an adventure with temporary health.

Here are some simple tips for dealing with these occasions are
1.EAT regular meals
Planning to skip meals earlier in the day, because you will attend a party that night is a big mistake.
