1.)CLARITY: When you are doing something have clarity, make the people around you clear about your work.
2.)CORRECTNESS: Use the correct and appropriate terms. When you are saying something do not say "around" or "it may be", tell the correct and exact figure this will add alot to your work.
3.)COMPLETENESS: When you start a work do it completely. Put your whole efforts possible and forget about the result. Never leave the work in middle or hand it over to another person.
4.)CONSIZENESS: In today's world, short things are sweet. Whatever you want to say tell it in the most effective and precise form.
5.)CONCRETENESS: Be certain and specific, never be vague and indefinite in your thoughts and in your actions. This will make you the unique person
6.)COURTESY: Show courtesy towards everybody. When you write anything or when you speak to anybody, be polite. Good manners bring laurels to you.
7.)CREATIVITY: Come out with your innovative thoughts to create a special place for you in any field. It is the most wanted quality.
8.)COMMON SENSE: Many times we do things without minimum sense, avoid this. Always be attentive and put your mind in your work to avoid simple mistakes.
9.)COMPLICATION FACTOR: Many of us are having complications; confusions because of our words. Have control on your tongue avoid speaking on conflictionary matters. Challenge the complicated problems and solve those to be unique.
