Why do most people do not lose, weight
People do not really understand the risks of obesity. Why do most people want to lose weight? Most are better. Looking better is certainly an advantage to lose weight, but this is not the only reason for weight loss. It is 1000 pound gorilla in the room and is often ignored. Obesity over a long period kills thousands of people every year. Thousands of studies have shown and proven without doubt that the loss of body fat and improve prolong their lives. This book will give you an idea of the dangers of obesity. Know the dangers of obesity is a huge motivation to lose not only fat, but to stay. Not agree with people who permanently change their lifestyle. Many people think "diet" as something temporary. If a "system is limited" because they are unhappy. Sooner or later, the inevitable failure due to the irrational demands of the most "diet". Forcing some of these systems, only eat certain foods (eg, no carbs, special soups, etc ...) You, like me, you've probably already tried. The key to losing weight is to afford long-term changes in lifestyle gradually more and more to do. Most people give, not the facts in order to lose weight and become healthier. With conflicting reports in the media, and all the different diets to lose weight fast, it's understandable why so many people do not really know to get the truth about fat loss and long term. This truth is meaningless. Most people do not understand that the profit that they constantly lose either fat or grease. There is no in between. Some people justify eating or give up because they have reached a small road block. This game is not all or nothing. For example, if I was overweight, so I eat a healthy meal, I'd go ahead and eat a healthy meal as "sloppy" day. Or should I say, I will start to eat healthy since Monday, and I ate poorly this weekend. Any person may eat too much. Successful people do not allow a hit streets derailed completely change his lifestyle as a whole. If you can not implement changes in lifestyle and weight loss is positive, weight gain. Again, no "inside". Most people do not know what you eat every day. So many overweight people eat thousands of calories and fat without realizing it. It is hard to tell if you are gaining weight or weight loss every day if you eat an eye on what they do.
