Hi Kishor,
Making points in ISC will no way give you Adsense Money. :). What you need to have is a quality self written articles in resource sections and some good post in Ask Experts, Jobs, College, Training Section. And above all you should have Adsense Account. So please contribute with a real spirit and as per ISC guidelines.

Hello Arthanari,
Whenever you earn the minimum payout threshold of US$100, you are eligible to get payments from Google. Google needs to verify your contact address before sending payments to you. When you get more than $10, Google send a address verification PIN by post to your address, you need to enter this PIN to your Google accounts. Then need to provide non-US tax information, and remove all your payments holds, then Google will send your first payment (US$100+) after a month.
