Vitamin A - Retinol - Cod liver oil
Vitamin B1 - Thiamine - Rice bran
Vitamin C - Ascorbic acid - Lemons
Vitamin D - Calciferol - Cod liver oil
Vitamin B2 - Riboflavin - Eggs
Vitamin E - Tocopherol - Wheat germ oil,Cosmetics and liver
Vitamin B12- Cyanocobalamin- Liver
Vitamin K - Phylloquinone - Alfalfa
Vitamin B5 - Pantothenic acid - Liver

Hi Avi,
Nice and Fabulous list of vitamins and the sources.
Atleast everyone would get the knowledge that from where we can get the vitamins.
Even i also don't know about this.
