Ingredients: 1cup besan, 2 cups ghee, 2 cups sugar
Procedure:1. Roast the besan flour in a kadai with a tea spoon of ghee on a low flame.
2. Mix with sugar and cook it on a low flame. Keep adding little quantity of ghee in intervals and stir continuously.
3. Keep stirring till all the ghee is added and the mixture becomes porous and starts leaving the sides of the kadai.
4.Pour this on to a plate smeared with ghee.
5.Allow it to cool and cut to pieces.
